Cute toys and concept, but "non-existant" customer service
We have been waiting over 2 months for username approval. No rejections or responses of any type from Shing Stars moderators. You need username approval to do certain things on the site (like have buddies, which is a "BIG" thing most of the kids want!)
The only way to contact them is through e-mail form on their site, 90% of the time you get a canned response. It took me 3 e-mails to even get a response from them (and guess what- they answer they gave implied it was a canned response or did not read the entire e-mail).
Stick with Web Kinz! At least there is plent of FAQ's on their site (something else Shining Stars has very little of)
It's not very compatiable with FireFox either.

Don't Waste Your Money
This is a total waste, at least for the warming option. It says it keeps bottles warm for up to 8 hours...try 8 minutes. I had a warm bottle in there and not even 45 minutes later when I went to feed my daughter, it was completely cool.

Much easier to just put warm water in a thermos and pour into the bottle when ready.

I am very pleased with the visor, I use it on my 9 month old during bath time to keep the water out of her eyes, we got the duck and penguin and I use the duck the majority of the time, if you make it tight enough it keeps the water out of the child's eyes and ears. It cost about as much to ship it as it did to buy it but I believe it was worth it!

Great idea but needs improvement.
The first and most important thing about these pads is that they won't stay put for a long time. My son is a power crawler and they slip right off. You'd have to make them so tight that it would stop the blood flow in order to keep it in place. It drove me crazy adjusting them all the time. The other thing is the bulkiness. It really bothered my son and as much as he could he'd try to pull them off. I guess not very comfortable from his point of view. The material could be a bit more durable too. I'm afraid we didn't have much luck with these.

I received the diaper duck from a friend who was a mother of three and she told me that she would travel no where w/o this in her bag. I was skeptical but after having used it for the last nine months I have to agree. I have put some pungent diapers in these bags and the odor is gone completely. If there is not a trash can around I dump the bag into my diaper bag and forget it is even there. I daily clean out my diaper bag and refill it since we are always on the go and so it gets thrown away but that is just how good the bags are at dispelling the odor. I must say that if I had known about this prior to using my diaper genie then I would have returned it and only used the diaper duck by Munchkin. I have included the link to the refills as I had difficulty locating them on Amazon. When I lived in the States (I am military and AAFES does not sell this item) I purchased it at Target but now I have to order from Amazon as Target.com does not have them available for purchase.
